Fuchsia is an Australian who has been living in Paris for the past 9 years. Studying Human Resources and Management in Australia before re-orienting to Digital Marketing and HRIS in France. Fuchsia has completed an SAP Consultant course, acquiring the technical knowledge as an HRIS Consultant specialised in Change Management and SuccessFactors.

Fuchsia’s international experience and business English expertise as well as her strong knowledge of both Human resources and SAP SuccessFactors are available to ensure the accompaniment and success of your operational teams.

Julie Rival

Coming from a degree in human ressources, Julie has a significant experience in the project management as HRIS consultant. Julie has a master degree in Human Resources (M2- HR Management and Direction – IGS RH Paris), and has 5 years of professional experience in HRIS project management and piloting as an AMOA consultant. She was able to demonstrate during her experiences her ability to interact easily with many functional and technical actors, and to adapt her oral and written communication to people and different contexts. 

Curious and motivated, she was able to provide rigorous methodological support and analytical skills for each of the projects on which she was involved. She has acquired a strong expertise in the field of HR.

Syrine Ferchichi

Syrine has both business and technical expertise. Thanks to her versatile professional experience, she has been able to intervene in all stages of HRIS project implementation, from the scoping phase to the implementation and assistance of her clients.

Sandra Brocherieux

Following her diploma in Art History; Sandra worked for several years in the cultural and event management field.

Bilingual in French and Spanish, her first professional experiences took place in a large cultural center in Venezuela.

She then graduated with a Masters in France and worked for five years within an important production and distribution cinema organization.

Thereafter, Sandra joined the academic sector where she played a role of advisor to students and organized different events linked to training & development. This is where she discovers IRH.

Her appetency for human relations; her cultural awareness, her versatility and her capacity of adaptation depict her career and remain part of Sandra’s strong assets.

Intervening as Office Manager at IRH Sandra contributes to the internal organization efficiency while bringing cheerfulness and enthusiasm.

Lucile Hot

Lucile has 12 years of experience in HRIS and in the operational HR function.

She worked as a consultant for large international groups, as well as a Human Resources Manager, she knows the issues faced by HR teams.

She has coordinated the deployment of ambitious HRIS projects as a project manager, supporting business and IT teams in the challenge of digital transformation.

Lucile worked on the implementation of an HRIS for a population of 100,000 people worldwide, drawing on her expertise in project management and compensation. Stevan Djordjevic

With more than 3 years of HR experience in the distribution of cultural and leisure products, construction and public works sectors, Stevan has both an operational and strategic vision of the issues, processes and HR professions such as personnel administration, recruitment, training, school relations, legal and project management.

Attracted by the digital transformation of HR processes, Stevan worked on the implementation of an HRIS for a population of 700 employees.
