Charlotte Pernot

Charlotte has significant experience in the HR function. She advises on the integration of HR information systems and is particularly involved in project management and change management. To meet the challenges of the HR function, she has assisted in several digital HR transformation projects on an international scale. Her strong expertise in change management, project management and human resources management are major assets in understanding the functioning of organizations and business processes.

Sandra Brocherieux

Following her diploma in Art History; Sandra worked for several years in the cultural and event management field.

Bilingual in French and Spanish, her first professional experiences took place in a large cultural center in Venezuela.

She then graduated with a Masters in France and worked for five years within an important production and distribution cinema organization.

Thereafter, Sandra joined the academic sector where she played a role of advisor to students and organized different events linked to training & development. This is where she discovers IRH.

Her appetency for human relations; her cultural awareness, her versatility and her capacity of adaptation depict her career and remain part of Sandra’s strong assets.

Intervening as Office Manager at IRH Sandra contributes to the internal organization efficiency while bringing cheerfulness and enthusiasm.

Stevan Djordjevic

With more than 3 years of HR experience in the distribution of cultural and leisure products, construction and public works sectors, Stevan has both an operational and strategic vision of the issues, processes and HR professions such as personnel administration, recruitment, training, school relations, legal and project management.

Attracted by the digital transformation of HR processes, Stevan worked on the implementation of an HRIS for a population of 700 employees. This experience allowed him to discover the HRIS sector, to affirm his interest in this sector and to see all the key stages of the HRIS from the framing, to its implementation and follow-up.

These skills, acquired within French and European companies, will allow Stevan to quickly understand your context, to adapt to its specificities and to propose solutions in adequacy with your problems and needs that you meet.
